It's free-standing on a 9.84-inch turntable base, so it sits flat on the counter with nothing to mount. It stands 21.26 inches tall, so load it the way you'd load any tall shelf — heavy oil bottles on the bottom tier, small jars up top. Keep it back from the counter edge.
