Welcome to Claryfy. These terms apply when you use getclaryfy.com or place an
order with us. By using the site or buying from us, you accept them.

WHO CAN BUY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or
guardian, to place an order.

We sell and ship within the United States only.

PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its dimensions,
materials and capacity. Colours can look different on different screens.

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice.

Sometimes a price or a product detail is listed wrong. If that happens, we
may cancel or correct the order, even after you've paid. If we cancel, you
get a full refund.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your
confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if the item is out of stock,
if a price was listed incorrectly, if we suspect fraud, or if the order looks
like it's for resale.

If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and
debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your
full card number.

YOUR INFORMATION

You're responsible for giving us a correct shipping address, email address
and contact details.

We can't be held responsible for an order that goes to the wrong place
because the address given to us was wrong.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times, costs and delivery information are set out in our Shipping
Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not
responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays — but if
something goes wrong, email us and we will help.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Return Policy, which forms
part of these terms.

PRIVACY

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy,
which forms part of these terms.

OUR CONTENT

The Claryfy name, logo, product photography, page copy and site design belong
to us. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written
permission.

HOW YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE

You agree not to:
  Use the site for anything unlawful
  Place fraudulent orders, or orders using someone else's payment details
  Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site
  Interfere with the site's security or try to gain access you don't have
  Resell our products as your own without our agreement

NO WARRANTIES

The site and everything on it are provided "as is." We don't promise the site
will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Products are sold as described. Beyond what the law requires and what our
Return Policy gives you, we make no other warranties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is
limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost time,
inconvenience, or damage caused by using a product in a way it wasn't
designed for.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United
States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the last
update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the
updated terms.
