Is it sturdy enough for full bottles?

It's a two-tier frame with non-slip pads across the base, so bottles stay where you set them instead of sliding when the drawer moves. Put your heavy detergent and dish soap on the lower slide-out tier and keep the upper basket for sprays and lighter bottles. That keeps the weight low and the whole thing steady.

Will it fit under my sink?

The organizer is 10.7" wide and 14.2" deep. Your cabinet opening needs to be at least 12.5"W x 15.5"D x 13"H. Measure the opening first and check for door hinges or pipes sticking into that space — those are what usually get in the way, not the width.

Will it tip or wobble when I pull the drawer?

It sits flat on your cabinet floor with non-slip pads underneath for grip. The lower tier slides toward you on its own track, so you're pulling the drawer, not dragging the whole unit. Load the bottom tier heavier than the top and it stays planted.
